Vibe Board is a cloud-based kanban and development workflow management tool that helps you organise tasks, track progress, and manage your development workflow. The Service includes features for task management, Git integration, and AI-powered task breakdown.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
All fees are quoted and payable in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for new subscribers.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (including Stripe and Airwallex). Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
